Even if you face any issues with your bag after the return/exchange window has closed, you can still contact us. We are available 24/7 to assist you with any concerns. Our bags are designed for years of use, and it’s our responsibility to provide you with customer service for a lifetime with your purchase.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Please note that personalized and custom made items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. We strive to provide a transparent and customer-centric return policy to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our valued customers.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation request after this period is not accepted.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from ALIVE LEATHER. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at support@aliveleather.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions. Pack the item securely and send it to the address below.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once Alive Leather LLC receives and approves your returned item(s), we will promptly refund the purchase price to you. Please note that additional charges such as taxes, customs, duties, and shipping costs incurred after the initial purchase on Alive Leather are non-refundable.
We offer a refund to the original payment method or to the gift card (store credits), you may decide at your own choice for the refund resolution when submitting a return request.
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a gift card (store credits) will be sent out to your registered email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund too.
