Processing Time
Orders placed will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship over the weekends. Expedited or Ground Express shipments will ship the next day if placed by noon (EST) or the next business day.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders requiring personalization such as monogramming, custom size, colors etc are made afresh by our artisans, especially for you. Such orders are ready for shipment within 05 working days of their placement.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update. If it has been over 48 hours since the carrier has picked up your package and there are still no updates, please contact customer service at support@aliveleather.com.
Delivery
Delivery times for each carrier choice is an estimate only. Most of our orders will be delivered within that time frame. If not, it is usually a circumstance beyond our control such as the weather or an unexpected carrier delay. Please refer to your emailed tracking number for updates regarding delivery. All orders over $450.00 will be shipped with a signature needed for delivery.
All US orders are shipped from our US warehouses.
Sometimes, your order might be shipped from a different warehouse due to stock availability. We will always make sure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.
Import Duties and Sales Tax
1. For US customers, the value of shipment of merchandise imported by one person on one day exempt from duties and taxes is $800.
2. For Australian customers, goods under AUD1,000 are exempt from duties, taxes, and charges.
3. For Non-EU customers, shipments may be subjected to import fees and taxes due on arrival. This can vary from country to country so please contact your local tax authorities for more information.
4. For EU customers, Please be aware bulk orders may incur additional import tax, so please contact your local customs office.
5.We do not accept/offer returns and refund requests due to these fees and buyers are only responsible for these.
