Processing Time
Orders placed will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship over the weekends. Expedited or Ground Express shipments will ship the next day if placed after noon (EST) or the next business day.

All custom orders requiring personalization such as monogramming, custom size, colors etc are made afresh by our artisans, especially for you. Such orders are ready for shipment within 05 working days of their placement.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update.
