Processing Time
Orders placed will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship over the weekends. Expedited or Ground Express shipments will ship the next day if placed after noon (EST) or the next business day.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders requiring personalization such as monogramming, custom size, colors etc are made afresh by our artisans, especially for you. Such orders are ready for shipment within 05 working days of their placement.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update. If it has been over 48 hours since the carrier has picked up your package and there are still no updates, please contact customer service at support@aliveleather.com.

Also, if you notice a distinct smell when you first receive your bag, don’t worry—it’s completely natural. That scent comes from the real leather itself. To tone it down, just air your bag out for a bit. Hanging it in a well-ventilated area or popping a small scented pouch inside can work wonders. With time and regular use, the scent will fade away.
Leather Care Made Simple
To help your bag stay beautiful for years to come, here are few quick tips:
- We recommend that you avoid exposing your bag to direct water and moisture without using a waterproof spray. Also, if you get caught in the rain, it's normal for the drops to leave temporary bubble-like stains. Don't worry, they'll fade away quickly!
- We also recommend that you avoid using direct heat, such as radiators or fans, to dry your bag. If exposed to this type of heat, the leather might change its shape and texture
- Before using any leather care products, always start with a small amount and apply it to inconspicuous areas.
