Processing Time
Orders placed will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship over the weekends. Expedited or Ground Express shipments will ship the next day if placed after noon (EST) or the next business day.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders requiring personalization such as monogramming, custom size, colors etc are made afresh by our artisans, especially for you. Such orders are ready for shipment within 05 working days of their placement.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update. If it has been over 48 hours since the carrier has picked up your package and there are still no updates, please contact customer service at support@aliveleather.com.

- We also recommend that you avoid using direct heat, such as radiators or fans, to dry your bag. If exposed to this type of heat, the leather might change its shape and texture
- Before using any leather care products, always start with a small amount and apply it to inconspicuous areas.

Personally, I really, really like this bag. It perfectly fits my 15” laptop. It has pockets inside for miscellaneous items. Anything you might need for school such as pens, notebooks, sketchpads, or anything. I think it's the perfect bag for going to classes or work. I would equate it to bringing a briefcase on your back. It's genuine leather so it is waterproof and very durable. I also really like the color. The smell and the texture of it is very pleasant. Upon arrival. It was wrapped perfectly. Every single handle. Every single clip and fastener were protected with plastic. The packaging was very secure. No complaints. Everything was just very nice.
