Processing Time
Orders placed will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship over the weekends. Expedited or Ground Express shipments will ship the next day if placed after noon (EST) or the next business day.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders requiring personalization such as monogramming, custom size, colors etc are made afresh by our artisans, especially for you. Such orders are ready for shipment within 05 working days of their placement.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update. If it has been over 48 hours since the carrier has picked up your package and there are still no updates, please contact customer service at support@aliveleather.com.

Leather Care Made Simple

- We recommend that you avoid exposing your bag to direct water and moisture without using a waterproof spray. Also, if you get caught in the rain, it's normal for the drops to leave temporary bubble-like stains. Don't worry, they'll fade away quickly!
- We also recommend that you avoid using direct heat, such as radiators or fans, to dry your bag. If exposed to this type of heat, the leather might change its shape and texture
- Before using any leather care products, always start with a small amount and apply it to inconspicuous areas.
I have a habit of carrying too much stuff around, but this bag handles it elegantly, and still fits in my lap on the train. The leather is good (I've bought from them before), looks sharp, and can handle whatever you need to schlep around. Astonishingly good for the price!
Have Received Cambridge Satchel Bag
Just what I was looking for. Real leather and perfect color. Very happy with this bag. Debated over cheaper bags but I made the right decision. Heavier bag but I’m good with it. Would recommend Alive leather to anyone.
I met a person with a smaller Alive case and was so impressed with it that I asked where he got it. He told me about Alive Leather bags and I was thrilled to discover the brand. The leather smell is so pleasant. The features inside the bag are varied and handy. My only wish was that the base was wider to accommodate a large legal binder. The clasps are handy and I just love this bag.
I bought this Alive leather briefcase because I was so impressed with the two Alive duffle-type leather travel bags we first bought. They have that same vintage look and are extremely well designed and made. They should patina well.
