Processing Time
Orders placed will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship over the weekends. Expedited or Ground Express shipments will ship the next day if placed after noon (EST) or the next business day.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders requiring personalization such as monogramming, custom size, colors etc are made afresh by our artisans, especially for you. Such orders are ready for shipment within 05 working days of their placement.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update. If it has been over 48 hours since the carrier has picked up your package and there are still no updates, please contact customer service at support@aliveleather.com.

- We also recommend that you avoid using direct heat, such as radiators or fans, to dry your bag. If exposed to this type of heat, the leather might change its shape and texture
- Before using any leather care products, always start with a small amount and apply it to inconspicuous areas.
