Processing Time
Orders placed will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship over the weekends. Expedited or Ground Express shipments will ship the next day if placed after noon (EST) or the next business day.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders requiring personalization such as monogramming, custom size, colors etc are made afresh by our artisans, especially for you. Such orders are ready for shipment within 05 working days of their placement.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update. If it has been over 48 hours since the carrier has picked up your package and there are still no updates, please contact customer service at support@aliveleather.com.

Hand crafted and no chemicals used, When I first opened it, it was well wrapped, and had it's own storage bag. The first thing you notice is the lovely scent of the high grade vegetable tanned leather. The hand is soft, but at the same time thick. This promises to last for a long time! Some darkening and lightening in patterns will occur with anything made of leather. I look forward to seeing how this beauty ages!
I was quite impressed when I opened the package. The satchel was enclosed in a cloth bag and the brass was wrapped in shrink wrap for protection. The quality of the leather is amazing! Roomy, sturdy, well made, not to mention affordable. A great purchase. I put everything I needed in the thing and had room to spare. This thing will only get better with age. The color will change and the bag should look even nicer.
