Processing Time
Orders placed will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship over the weekends. Expedited or Ground Express shipments will ship the next day if placed after noon (EST) or the next business day.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders requiring personalization such as monogramming, custom size, colors etc are made afresh by our artisans, especially for you. Such orders are ready for shipment within 05 working days of their placement.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update. If it has been over 48 hours since the carrier has picked up your package and there are still no updates, please contact customer service at support@aliveleather.com.

Ok I can’t say enough good things about this bag. My wife bought it for me before our move to France from Mississippi. At first it was my Carry-on bag. Then it became my French language school back pack. Then because in France you take your own bag to grocery stores it became my shopping bag. Today I joined the gym and it became my gym bag for exercising. I never leave home without it.
Everything is great. This is a very nice Bag to use. It's also looks good & feels good. I've carried 35 lbs in this bag when walking around Town. I've also been getting a lot of complements from people. I'd recommend this Bag for every day use for School, Work, or just to have with you if your going places & need a awesome Bag to carry things in.
I bought this as a carry-on bag for airplane travel, and it's the perfect size. The quality is very good and the compartments were actually bigger than I expected. I love the new-leather smell, I treated my backpack with a leather conditioner right off the bat in order to protect it from the rain and snow that I was certain to encounter in my travels. The leather is a bit stiff being brand new, but after conditioning it and using it quite a bit over a few weeks it softened up nicely.
This bag is really nice. I'm no leather expert but it seems like a good quality to me! The bag is a bit more narrow than I thought it would be, but it's tall/deep so it still holds a lot. And I like that all the pockets and openings close securely so I don't have to worry about things falling out. No problems with delivery. I will definitely buy from this company again.
